Juliana’s current research explores the social policy outcomes of government participation by radical right parties on Western Europe. By combining quantitative analysis and case studies, she aims to assess the influence of those parties on welfare reforms, and the adoption of welfare chauvinist measures. Prior to her PhD, Juliana was working at the Municipal Secretariat for Human Rights and Citizenship, at São Paulo City Hall.
